I compiled a list of my favorite recipes. These are almost all very macro friendly meals.
This little book includes 7 breakfasts, 8 lunches, 9 dinners, 6 sides/snacks, and 6 desserts. I personally am not a fan of meal plans and have never made one for a client, but this is enough that you can pull your favorite recipes, check the macros, and create your own little meal plan for yourself full of foods you can enjoy!
I have included the calories, protein, carbs, and fats on each recipe. I got all of this information from a calorie tracking app, I tried my best to make sure it was as accurate as possible but of course due to the nature of these apps some may be slightly off.
